I close my eyes and see your smile
I touch my lips and feel yours pressed against mine
I hug my pillow and smell your cologne
I still remember you but now I’m all alone.
It’s been forever since you went away
I cried so hard and begged for you to stay
You looked at me with those beautiful eyes
And shook your head and said goodbye.
I look at the stars and whisper your name
Hoping that somehow you love me still
